Long time no see !
The other day, We had a paty for freshmen of Food and Health. In the athletic meet, I took part in the race of eating a bread.
I had a lot of fun☆　

MY IMPRESSIONS OF THIS ClASS

I enjoyed blogging. Because it was the first time that I made my blogging and I coule write some diarys and incidents pleasantly. And I could learn a lot of things in this class. I think I have improved and become faster at writing. Writing in English was so difficult. So I could study English. But I have not becoome faster at reading till. I read slowly. So I think I want to continue to read many books and use many reading sites that I learned in this class. I will continue to write my blog, too.

Today, second-term exams finished. I' m so glad ☆I spent a lot of time on my study. I was so hard. I think probably I can pass all subjects. probably....
But I have a report ↓↓I must make it by February 9. I have no time ! I will try hard.
By the way, I have spring vacation from today!!!! Next Saturday, I will go to KK wing to watch the soccer game with my friend. That match is Rosso kumamoto vs Yokohama FC. I am looking forward to watching the game.

A TERRIBLE DAY

Today, I had 4 tests, English, "life and a constitution", " environment is resources", and organic chemistry. Especially it was difficult for me to study and understand " environment is resources" and organic chemistry. Just before the test, I was very nervous. But I could solve those questions. I was relieved to finish. I have a test, "food and health" next monday. This is a last test. I think I will do my best.

GRADUATION THESIS

Yesterday I went to announcement of graduation thesis from halfway. I watched and heard various presentation. But Icannot understand most contents and sresults of study. I thought seniors studied very hard. I was afraid of 3 years ago. Will I be able to complete my graduation thesis ??? I'm worried about..... It is no far that I will be a senior. So I think I must study hard !!!

Today, we introduced each original countly in a class. There were many great countly. Our group introduced our countly, "Freedonia". Freedonia is very nice place. There are many penguins in Freedonia. So penguins are national bird and are adopted our national flag. Mermaids and Rabbit like white bears live in, too. Our countly is at peace with all the world.
Good points in their presentation is that they have many characteristics. For example, one group had created new animal and one group introduce original nenu and recipe in their countly. I was most impressed with each flags. Their flags include their country's features. They were look cute and cool ☆
I enjoyed this times.

STUDY

I will started studying for an examination from today. There are 8 subjects in the ezam. It's about time that I must study. Especially, I'm worried about organic chemistry and korian. Their tests will be difficult. But I don't want to fail these units. So I think I will study harder and harder.

COOKING

Last Wednesday, I cooked these dishes in a class. We cook rice with gas for the first time in a long time. So we were afraid whether we could cook well or not. But we could cook very well !!!! We were so happy ☆ The dishes of that day looked beautyful and tasted very good. I want to cook well next class,too.

Yeaterday I cooked these dishes for new year. I was in charge of orange jelly. I was sorry I failed at the first time. I was disappointed . But luckily, the materials to make it still had been left !!! I was so relieved. At the second time, I could cook it exactly. I had tought that the dishes for new year was not delicious. But in contrast to my thinking, every dishes tasted very good ☆!! When new year come, I will cooked something we cooked today in my home.

COOKING

Last Sunday, we cooked these Christmas menu, roast beef, canapes, a pumpkin soup, fruit punch, and madelines. It tasted so delicious. In addition, classmates decorated a room with a Christmas ornaments. It was so besutiful and gorgeous☆
I had a good time.

SYMPOSIUM

Today, I went to a symposium about agriculture. I'm interested in agriculture. So This symposium served as a reference. Especially, I was deeply impressed that a person who engaged in agriculture with only women.
And I was also impressed how they sell iichiko, shochu made from wheat.That pictuer is one of the picture postcards which the president in company of iichiko gave us. I could study a lot and I want to make use of this symposium in the future.

J TOMEI CLASS

This is a national flag of our original country. A penguin is the national bird in our country. Penguins of our country can fly ☆ They are so cute.

COOKING

Last Wednesday, I cooked curry rice, sarad, and tea with lemon in a class. It was the first time that I cooked curry roux. We consumed many onions! The curry we cooked was different from usual curry that we use curry roux which is already on the market. That was not hot . Or rather, that was sweet. But sometimes spicy. I thought it is important for curry to be taken effect some spices.

FIELD WORK

Today, I went to Minamata in Kumamoto to study Minamata disease as a link in a class. I have been there twice before I visited there today. So I have heard the talk of storytellers, who tells people about his personal experience of Minamata disease. But hearing again, I understood that disease in actuality. That was included not only symptoms but also discrimination. I think that I want to study more about it.

The day before yesterday, I cooked those dishes in class.

Spaghetti meat sauce was so delicious. Wine jelly was made from red wine. I can' t drink much. So when I ate it, My face got red !!! But that was delicious, too.

Next time, we will cook chicken curry and etc.
